Overview
Redesigned the SHI partner page to enhance its usability and help users quickly find the right technology partner. The new page allows users to search for partners by name, filter results by solution category, and view each partner in a distinct container featuring their logo and a brief description.
Outcome: This streamlined layout improved discoverability, empowered users to compare offerings, and showcases SHI’s extensive partner network in an accessible and engaging format.
Challenges
Alignment on Featured Partners
- Challenge:Historically SHI had specific partners they worked close with and featured on their site. The introduction of a new Partner program created confusion on which partner should be listed in the featured partner section and which shouldn't
- Solution: Alignment between cross-functional teams on defining what a featured partner was helped solve the problem.
Partner Brief Overviews
- Challenge: With new guidelines in place we needed to create a consistent experience across the site and do be able to do so efficiently.
- Solution: Created pre-coded templates for each style of page.
Results/Conclusion:
The SHI rebranding initiative stands as a testament to the company’s proactive stance in embracing change and adapting to evolving market dynamics.
